I captured this on an incredibly cold evening (-10F). I had not planned on photography on this night (was just passing through) so I didn't have proper gear for the cold. As soon as I knew I had captured the moment I literally ran with my gear back to my car!

Pink Tetons

Sawtooth Dawn

Got up early this morning to head out into the Sawtooth mountains to catch the sunrise. Was a bit cloudy but still came away with some great pictures using my new D600. This is a multiple exposure shot combining three exposures in camera to get the textured water I was looking for (not HDR).
